Professional Package

Our package offer includes the most important advertising options, saving you time while still ensuring a comprehensive entry in the trade fair media and significantly influencing your trade fair success!

The entries will appear in all available media channels and afford you a discount of approximately 28 % compared to booking the same entries individually. It is of course also possible to book further entries in addition to your Package at any time.

The following products are included in your obligatory media lump sum (€800.00):
• 1 x basic entry in the list of exhibitors
• 1 x entry in the product categories
• 2 x corporate video
• 2 x product video

By ordering the professional package you will receive the following products in addition to your media lump sum:
• 1 x logo A-Z
• 1 x logo halll plans
• 2 x search result keywords
• 5 x entry in the product categories
• 1 x top of the list entry
• 4 x product video

Note basic entry:
Please fill in the contact data you want to appear in the media. Your company name, address as well as the hall and stand numbers will be automatically included in your entries based on your registration with Messe Düsseldorf. Trademark or product names are not permitted to be entered as a company name. To publish a trademark or product name, please order a trademark entry or trademark entry with logo.

If you do not actively order the basic entry with us, we will publish the information from your trade fair registration automatically. The alphabetical sorting only applies to the printed media!

Note videos:
After we have confirmed that you have booked the videos, you can upload them yourself to your exhibitor profile in the online portal (.mp4 format; max. 500 MB per video). To do this, please log in to www.drupa.com using your OOS login data and navigate to Exhibit > Dashboard > Complete your profile. After clicking  "Start editing" you will find the option to upload the corporate video under "Media files".
In order to publish the product videos, you must first create a product description in your exhibitor profile. There is no deadline for uploading the videos!

Note logo:
Please send us your logo by clicking "Choose file" (.eps, .pdf, .jpg file). For the first publication of each company or trademark logo, a one-time processing fee of €10.00 will be charged for the optimization of the logo file.

Did you order your logo with us at the previous trade fair? If so, click "Please use logo from the last trade fair without any extra costs" so that we do not charge the logo processing fee.
